1. Return Window

You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide an unboxing video as proof

❗Returns without unboxing video will not be accepted.
📦 We do not accept returns after 24 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We currently do not sell any non-returnable items. However, please note:

  • Exchanges are not offered

  • All returns must strictly meet the above criteria


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll be notified via WhatsApp or Email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours

  • The refund will be made to the same payment method used during purchase

❌ If the return is rejected due to signs of use, damage, or missing parts, we’ll contact you with full details.


4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item)
