Thank you for shopping with SoftBlush! We're dedicated to delivering your beauty favorites quickly, securely, and reliably across Pakistan. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.


1. 🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we anticipate any delays (due to high order volume, stock issues, etc.), you’ll be notified via WhatsApp or email.


2. 🚛 Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

  • We deliver via Leopards Courier and PostEx across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000.

  • Orders below PKR 3,000 will have a standard delivery fee, shown at checkout.


3. 📦 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a confirmation message with tracking info to your WhatsApp or email.

  • You can track your order using the provided code on the Leopards/PostEx website.


4. ⚠️ Delivery Issues

While we ensure timely and safe delivery, please note:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll assist you in raising a complaint with the courier.

  • If the order is marked “delivered” by the courier but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately so we can help investigate.
